The Departmental Strategic Plan represents the fundamental tool for defining the Department's strategic and operational objectives, to be pursued in close alignment with the University Strategic Plan.
Each planning cycle builds on the work carried out in recent years, while introducing a methodological reinforcement geared towards the AVA3 Quality Assurance system and the logic of continuous improvement (Plan-Do-Check-Act). The primary goal is to demonstrate the governance capacity of the structure, promoting the development of strategies that contribute to the creation of Public Value through the synergetic integration of teaching, research, third mission, and social responsibility.
