It is hereby announced that, by order dated November 4, 2025, supplementary elections have been called for the replacement of a member of the Board of the
Department of Human Neurosciences, in the category of Researchers and equivalent staff, according to the following schedule:
- Opening of candidacy submissions: November 4, 2025
- Deadline for candidacy submissions: November 11, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
- Publication of the list of candidates by November 13, 2025
- Voting day (online voting): November 25, 2025
- Announcement of elected candidates by November 27, 2025
The elections will be conducted in accordance with the Regulations of the Department of Human Neurosciences and by means of electronic voting, in compliance with the principles of freedom and secrecy.
- Active and passive electorate
The right to vote and to stand as a candidate for the election of researcher representatives is granted to all researchers, whether permanent, fixed-term, or equivalent, employed at the Department of Human Neurosciences.
Candidacies may be submitted from November 4 to November 11, 2025 (by 12:00 p.m.) by sending an email to giovanni.fabbrini@uniroma1.it.
All researchers, whether permanent or fixed-term, affiliated with the Department may apply, provided they will remain in service for the entire remaining term of the Department Board (until October 31, 2027) and are not already members of the Board.The list is available here.
- Voting procedure
Each voter is entitled to express two preferences by indicating the first and last name of the chosen candidate. Those who receive the highest number of votes will be elected, up to the number of representatives to be appointed. In the event of a tie, the candidate with greater seniority in service shall be elected; in case of a further tie, the younger candidate shall prevail.
Voting will take place remotely. The online voting system will be available on the date specified in the schedule below:

Immediately after the closing of the voting operations, the Commission, having verified the regularity of the voting process and the achievement of the quorum, will begin the vote counting procedures, which will take place on November 27, 2025.
