The University Department of Human Neurosciences intends to implement the project titled “A Transition Model for Patients with Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies – From Pediatric Care to Adult Management”.
The project aims to define structured care pathways to support the transition of patients with epileptic encephalopathies from pediatric to adult healthcare settings. It also focuses on the clinical and administrative monitoring of individuals affected by these conditions, as well as on the management of national registries held by the Italian National Institute of Health (Istituto Superiore di Sanità) for Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome and Tuberous Sclerosis.
To finance the project, the Department seeks sponsorships from interested parties, ensuring appropriate visibility and positive image return for the sponsors.
