Its collection includes significant journals and volumes related to the fields of the affiliated departments.

The library also houses a rare and valuable historical collection (printed documents published between 1501 and 1830) and a manuscript in the Ophthalmological Sciences section, as well as valuable archival material related to the work of Professors Ugo Cerletti, inventor and pioneer of electroconvulsive therapy, and Giovanni Bollea, father of modern child neuropsychiatry, located at the Via dei Sabelli site.

The library’s holdings are divided into seven book collections: Neurology, Dental Sciences, Ophthalmological Sciences, Otorhinolaryngology, Radiological Sciences, Clinical Psychology, and Child Neuropsychiatry.
