It is hereby announced that, pursuant to the provision issued on 17 September 2026, elections are called for the appointment of the Coordinator of the PhD Programme in Clinical and Experimental Neuroscience and Psychiatry for the 2026–2029 academic triennium.
The elections will be held on 14 October 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by electronic voting.

- Eligible Voters and Candidates
Eligible Voters: The right to vote is vested in the members of the Academic Board of the PhD Programme in Clinical and Experimental Neuroscience and Psychiatry belonging to the currently active cycle. Proxy voting is not permitted.
Eligibility to Stand for Election: Eligible candidates are all full-time tenured Full Professors or, in the absence of available candidates, full-time tenured Associate Professors who are members of the Academic Board of the PhD Programme in Clinical and Experimental Neuroscience and Psychiatry.
Eligibility to stand for election is limited to faculty members who will remain in active service for a number of years equal to the duration of the term of office prior to their retirement date.
The eligibility requirements must be met at the time the election is called.
The Coordinator is appointed by Rectoral Decree, serves a three-year term of office, and may not be immediately re-elected more than once.
- Voting Procedure
Voting will take place remotely. At 9:00 a.m. on 14 October 2026, an email containing a link to access the voting platform and cast your vote will be sent.
Please note that the system allows each voter to cast their vote only once.
Voting will remain open until 4:00 p.m. on the same day. After this time, the link will no longer be valid.
