Student Internship Request for Thesis Purposes
The student is granted 18 credits for the preparation of their thesis at university structures, either clinical or foundational. This activity is referred to as the Internship for Graduation and must take place outside the hours dedicated to other educational activities. It should not overlap with the student's elective courses (ADE) and must generally be requested by November 30th.
A student who wishes to carry out the Graduation Internship at the Department of Human Neurosciences must submit a request to the Director of the Department, along with the laboratory/department they wish to attend or the professor they wish to approach for their thesis. This request must include the student's curriculum (list of exams passed and grades achieved in each, list of optional activities attended, internships in laboratories or clinics, or any other activity undertaken for educational purposes), to be submitted online.
The request must be made no later than November of each academic year.
Procedure to Follow (Applications MUST NOT be sent to the Department Director or RAD):
- Download the form from the following link: [LINK], fill it out (in clear uppercase letters), and obtain the stamp and signature of the supervisor (who belongs to the Department of Human Neurosciences).
- Download the exam transcript from Infostud (without a revenue stamp).
